I’ve been using Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Lube for a while, and it’s been fantastic! It feels as good as SL136. Highly recommended!

I totally agree! Mobil 1 has excellent performance, especially in extreme temperatures. It’s a solid alternative.

Don’t overlook Amsoil Synthetic Gear Oil either! It’s great for heavy-duty applications. Just make sure to transition slowly to avoid issues.

That’s spot on! I transitioned from SL136 to Amsoil without any hitches, and the gear performance improved a lot.

I switched to Valvoline SynPower Gear Oil two months ago, and so far, I’m really impressed. It’s been smooth sailing for my transmission.

Valvoline is easy! Just do a thorough flush before switching. And don’t forget to check your seals afterward to avoid leakage.

Nice! I’ve heard Valvoline is great, but how was the transition? Any tips?

Thanks for that tip! I was worried about the transition process. Any particular brands you think are overrated?

Well, some swear by Royal Purple, but I’ve heard mixed reviews. It might be worth a try if you want to test the waters. Just be cautious!
