Could be! Tire life can depend on a lot of factors. What kind of driving do you normally do?
I mainly do highway miles, with some weekend off-roading. It seems like they should last longer given those conditions! Just curious if I’m doing something wrong.
I’ve had the BFGoodrich KO2s for about a year now, and the road noise is noticeable, but I find it tolerable considering their off-road capability. They’ve held up great on both trails and highways!

The KO2s are fantastic off-road, but they can get a bit loud on pavement, especially at higher speeds. Just keep in mind that you might sacrifice some ride comfort for performance.

Generally, the comfort is decent for an all-terrain tire. I find them pretty good in city driving, though you will feel more vibrations compared to a dedicated highway tire.
I’ve been using KO2s on my Jeep, and I love them! There’s a hum, but it’s a trade-off I’m happy to make for the grip and stability. May not be for everyone, but I enjoy the ride!

In the rain, I felt very secure with KO2s. They channel water efficiently and maintain traction. Just don’t expect them to be super quiet!

I think they’re worth it for the versatility alone. They provide good handling whether on trails or on roads. But yes, they do come at a premium.
