I totally agree! I noticed a big difference when I switched to the right oil type, my mileage actually improved.
What about oil filters? Should we be concerned about those too when discussing oil for our Impalas? Seems like they could also affect engine life.

That’s something I never thought about! I’m guilty of just purchasing the cheapest options before, but I’ll definitely reconsider now.
That’s a classic mistake! I’ve actually heard people joke that ‘cheap oil’ should come with a side of engine repair bill.
