BASE LONG BLOCK - P/N SC430BLB This is the Fast Burn 385 with Hot Cam & 1.6 Self Aligning Roller Rocker Arms added. It produces the same 430 hp as the ZZ430 Premium Engine when the same carb is used as the ZZ430 Premium Engine uses, but is not technically a ZZ430. Equipped the same way a Fast Burn 385 comes: Less: Carburetor, Starter, Plug Wires. Includes: Standard black valve covers and long cast iron water pump. (Externally this engine looks the same as the Fast Burn 385.) |

ZZ430 PREMIUM ENGINE P/N SC430PE This is the true replica of the GMPP ZZ430 collector engine that GMPP made only 430 of. This engine includes all of the above plus some upgraded options which include: Long Aluminum Water Pump, 750 CFM Holley Carburetor, Plug Wires and Looms, Chrome Air Cleaner, Special CNC ZZ430 Valve Covers, and Gear Reduction starter. Except for the lack of a serial number on the Special Chevrolet Exclusive valve covers and the substituted Edelbrock aluminum water pump, this engine is as close a faithful reproduction as possible. Even the wires and looms are the same as used by GMPP on the original. The GM aluminum long leg water pump is still available for those that want a replica that is as exact as possible to the original for a small additional cost and will have to be special requested. |
